Mullet in honey-mustard marinade
Went from Odessa, and Lyman bought 3 kg of mullet. Upon arrival, gathered in our home company and almost all the fish were eaten roasted, but one I was saving for later as something unusual to cook it. Found the Internet very interesting and easy option. In addition, it can be safely called a diet. Very tasty, flavorful and fast. The fish itself is very tender and malacosta and the vegetables soaked in the marinade - awesome! Instead of the mullet, think you can take and other fish.

Fish to clean, rinse. For the marinade, mix the honey, mustard, juice quarters of lemon, add salt and spices. Coat fish on all sides. And leave a little lie down.

Suitable shapes for baking, I have not found, so I made foil. Onion cut into half rings and put on the bottom of the form, the carrots cut into thin slices and put on onions, peppers cut into thin strips and lay on a carrot, garlic finely chop and put on top. Half a lemon cut into slices and arrange on the vegetables together with Laurel leaves.

Slice of lemon lay the fish on top and pour the entire marinade. Fish sprinkle with herbs. Bake in a preheated 180-200C oven for 30 - 40min.
