  • Pork

    0.500 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    50 g

The meat is cut into strips of 1.5 cm width and 20cm in length. To fight off strips of meat, salt and pepper (if you want you can marinate with mayonnaise and onions for 2 hours).

Twisting strips of meat between them and to form in the form of an oval. Edges fasten with toothpicks to make it easier to turn over when frying. Fry on each side for 3-4 minutes.

Serve hot, before removing the toothpicks.
