Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    6 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

    3 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Fish fillet cut in half lengthwise (very sharp knife).

Seasoning for fish crush, mix with salt. RUB the fish with this mixture.

Close the top filling tails filet. Pour cheese sauce and bake in the oven at 200*C for 30-35 minutes, until Golden brown.
