Mix with a whisk the yogurt, eggs, salt and sugar. Add about half the flour, add milk, slaked soda, the remaining flour and knead well. Allow to stand for 15 minutes. Then pour in carbonated water (note: it may require more or less, depending on how thick the yogurt was and how big the eggs :)), add the butter, stir.
Heats the pan and fry the pancakes :). By the way, the oil pan I grease only before the first pancake.
