Cooking
1. sheet puff pastry thawed, mango wash, peel, remove the seeds (I have such a cool and handy little knife).
Mango slice. In a frying pan (without handle) or the form on which you can fry, put mango, butter, cinnamon and sugar. Stew for 5 minutes until become caramelizing.

Prick the dough in several places with a fork and put in a hot mixture of mango and oil. Send in a preheated 180*C oven for 20 minutes. As the dough rises, you can remove (not browned, it should not subsequently fall apart!)
