Small plates spring rolls-spring rolls
Delicious and easy appetizer will be a wonderful addition to any table. Will appreciate both adults and children!!! Especially such a good snack the next day, when soaked! We recommend you to prepare!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    90 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Soy sauce

    2 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Greens

    15 g

  • Salt

  • Trout

First prepare the dough for pancakes. Egg, milk, soy sauce (I have a mild sauce TM Kikkoman) and sugar mix

Add flour, stir until lumps disappear. Pour 2 tbsp oil and mix. Last add the finely chopped greens (I dill and green onions). Optionally a little salt. The batter is a little thicker than usual pancakes.

Pan lightly grease with vegetable oil, heat. Bake until Golden brown about 2 minutes on each side.

Baked pancakes (I got 5 pieces) let cool, and we prepare the filling. I took a slightly salty trout and cottage cheese cream cheese (you can take the cheese with herbs).
