Cooking
For a start, let's prepare the filling: remove rind from orange and cut finely,
fill with boiling water and boil for 5 minutes
the water is drained, squeeze the skins, fill with sugar and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Now for the test. Detachable white from the yolk, protein, beat sugar,

sprinkle chopped nuts and orange rind (rind is possible to overcome),
