Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks with sugar, add melted honey. Mix the flour with semolina, baking powder, and cinnamon, knead the dough. Separately, beat whites in resistant foam. Pour the whites into the batter and stir gently with a spoon. You can add in the dough pieces of chocolate, nuts, raisins... I added 50 gr. raisins, because I love cakes with raisins.
