We have cookies called "La Reine", to give photo, it looks like a dried biscuit
From the jar of cherries (as in this case) or even better of the pineapple pour off the juice, in this juice soak biscuit-sticks, but so that it is not broken up, put the first layer on it to pour evenly, but not much fruit.
Whisk in dense foam cream with a small amount of sugar (I 200 ml cream replaced with natural yoghurt), add pre-soaked and melted gelatine (soaked for 5 mins in 3 tbsp water), all beat again and spread on fruit. For decoration rubbed the chocolate. If you have time, you can wait till it hardens, and pour melted chocolate. In the upper layer of the gelatin is optional, you can just cover the cream, but I like it like jelly. Put in the refrigerator until fully cured.
