I want to share with you the recipe of such wonderful and delicious loaves. This recipe I saw thumbing through the tape in social networks.   • Butter

  • Yeast

  • Flour

Make the dough. Yogurt mix with water, add sugar, salt, melted butter and yeast. Mix everything (I lightly whipped with a mixer), add flour (I buy it) and knead the dough.

Here's a small bump out. The dough is put in a container, lightly greased with vegetable oil, cover with a lid or foil (I have the top wrapped in a bath towel) and put in a warm place for one hour. After one hour punch down the dough and again put in a warm place for one hour. In the end, the dough should rise three times.

Dough remove from pan, to press down it and to divide it into two parts and each roll bar. Top make a few slanting cuts, cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 40 minutes. After a time the loaves, coat with egg, mixed with sugar (this will give us a more browned crust), and place in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Hot loaves completely cleaned with a cloth moistened with vegetable oil (this will give our loaves a beautiful Shine, the taste is not affected) and wrap in a bath towel, folded in half (so you will get a soft crust). In 20 minutes you can already bring to the table.
