Pork with leek in Chinese
Surprise your household members for dinner easy, wholesome and delicious Chinese food! Prepared quickly, and the result is clearly happy.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Pork

    300 g

  • Cellophane

    50 g

  • Leeks

    200 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Cilantro

Cooking

For cooking it is better to take bold pork. I have the neck part. Cut pork into thin slices.

Prepare the marinade. Take soy sauce TM Kikkoman. Add the grated ginger and garlic. Put the finely chopped chilli, if dry, as I have, then shred with your fingers. Sharpness make according to your taste. Add ground coriander.

Pour the pork marinade, intensively stir and set aside.

Funchoza boil according to instructions on the package. I dipped in boiling water and cooked for 2 minutes. Then washed under running cold water through the colander.

Take leeks (white portion) and carrot peel. Leeks diagonally cut into rings 0.5 cm grate a large Carrot into strips.

In a pan pour vegetable oil, put vegetables and fry for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove the vegetables to a plate.

In a pan put the pork and fry until it will turn brown over high heat 5 minutes.

Add roasted vegetables and simmer for 5 minutes.

Funchoza added, stirred, warmed for a few minutes, disconnect the fire.

The dish is served hot immediately, sprinkled with coriander leaves. Bon appetit!
