Cookies made from whole wheat flour with dates and nuts
Very nutritious and healthy biscuits. You can put less sugar since dates are sweet... Might have this recipe, but did not search, and just decided to experiment, and it turned out PERFECTLY.

Ingredients

  • Cashews

    80 g

  • Almonds

    80 g

  • Cards

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    1 cup

  • Rye flour

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    0.66 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

Cooking

Dates to soak for 30 minutes Then remove the seeds from them and crush in a blender
