This cake for lovers of the Mac. Preparing just. But due to the apples, which add some zest turns juicy. A great addition to the cake will be a Cup of coffee or tea.

Cooking
Beat eggs with sugar, after add the melted margarine and mix again well.
Then add the flour, baking powder. Again mix well.
Apples to grate on a coarse grater. In the dough add the grated apples, poppy seeds, nuts and raisins. Stir until smooth.
Dough to shift in a form greased with oil.
Bake about 50 minutes at a temperature of 170 gr. Best of all a willingness to try stick to the oven at all different.
In principle, the cake is ready. Allow to cool and you can eat. And you can add it with icing. To do this : powdered sugar ( 2/3 Cup.) grind with lemon juice ( 1 tbsp) and water ( 1-2 tbsp). And pour the cooled pie.
