Meatloaf
Meatloaf with vegetables and greens, delicious hot or cold!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Spinach

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Mayonnaise

  • Ketchup

Cooking

For stuffing: 2 eggs, mix with semolina and allow to stand 5-10 minutes

Onions and carrots lightly fried in vegetable oil

To combine semolina with meat and fried vegetables. Add salt and spices (from spice I took marjoram, savory, Basil and tarragon).

For the filling: If the spinach is fresh, the beams wash, drop into boiling water for a few seconds, cool and slice. If frozen spinach - defrost and squeeze. 150g cheese (I used mozzarella) combine with spinach.

Add the tomatoes and pepper,

and 2 eggs, herbs and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.

On the tape, spread stuffing.

The stuffing is evenly spread the filling.

With film roll in the roll.

To deploy the tape, carefully wrap the loaf with foil and put on a baking tray. Bake in preheated oven (200 degrees) for 30 minutes.

30 minutes to deploy the foil lightly with mayonnaise and ketchup, sprinkle with remaining cheese and send in the oven for another 5-10 minutes.

Turned out very juicy and diet (with the exception of mayonnaise and ketchup) roll. You can eat without a side dish, but baby I cooked vegetable soup. BON APPETIT!
