Meat muffins with cheese and egg filling
Simple to prepare, very tasty and succulent meat muffins.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    450 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    60 g

Chop the onion and lightly fry.

Forcemeat mix with onions, add salt and spices, mix well.

For the filling beat with a fork egg, add sour cream, cheese (according to your taste you can reduce the amount or increase), grated on a fine grater.
