And again, tofu. This dish can be served as a side dish, but can be a separate dish. Tasty, juicy, unusual....

Ingredients

  • Tofu

    450 g

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Dry white wine

    50 ml

  • A bouillon cube

    2 piece

  • Mustard

    4 Tbsp

  • Honey

    50 ml

Cooking

Tofu cut into cubes and roll the pieces in flour.

Melt in a pan butter and fry the pieces of tofu on all sides until Golden brown.

Add water, dry white wine, bouillon cubes (instead of cubes I added the seasoning to the broth and slightly added some salt) and simmer for and 10 minutes, until all the broth evaporates.

Add the honey and mustard, and simmer until the sauce thickens.
