Lean cherry cupcake with honey
I invite You to taste the wonderful cake with my favourite bird-cherry flour. Perfect for tea or hot milk, with an unusual sweet and sour taste... welcome!

Ingredients

  • Honey

    250 g

  • Cherry

    60 g

  • Flour

    190 g

  • Soy milk

    120 ml

  • Olive oil

    100 ml

  • Cocoa powder

    35 g

  • Brown sugar

    50 g

  • Leavening agent

    3 tsp

  • Salt

  • Powdered sugar

It's pretty simple. The hardest part of this recipe is to purchase a bird-cherry flour, although it is not impossible)) so... bird-Cherry flour, fill with hot milk and leave to infuse.

When the mixture has cooled to 40 degrees (warm but not burn), put it in a form where we will knead the dough, measure out 50g brown sugar - I used sugar "Small" TM Mistral.

Add in to the mix the sugar, honey, oil and salt, mix. Then add a mixture of flour, baking powder and cocoa and zamechaem dough.

Put the resulting dough in shape, and enable to heat up the oven to 180 degrees. When the oven is hot, put in to bake the cake for 45-50 minutes. Follow the baking, the toothpick should come out dry but do not overdry the cake - the cherry tree, and so dry everything you bake.
