Honey cake with nuts
A godsend for beginners Housewives! Quick and tasty.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    2 tsp

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Walnuts

    1 cup

  • Jam

    6 Tbsp

Cooking

Eggs and sugar mix in a food processor.

Add sour cream, vegetable oil, honey and soda, slaked vinegar. All is well beaten.

Cup nuts grind with a rolling pin and boards.

Form cover with foil and oiled (a good thing to do with a brush).

Gradually add the flour, and then pour the nuts into the dough and stir again. The finished dough pour in form and bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

Ready-made honey cake.

When the cake has cooled, cut it into two pieces and smear of Apple jam.
