Cottage cheese cookies with apricot
I offer you an oatmeal cookie recipe with cream cheese and apricots, for those who welcomed a healthy diet, and not eating for some reason the eggs and trying not to eat cakes of wheat flour as here it is not there. Cookies turns a nice shade of apricot, with a slight sweetness and acidity, crispy outside and moist middle.

Ingredients

  • Apricot

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    180 g

  • Yogurt

    200 g

  • Oat flakes

    180 g

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp
