Drying at home with Mac

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Water

    125 ml

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Mac

    100 g

  • Butter

    2 tsp

1. The sifted flour to collect a slide with a hollow in the middle, beat in your eggs, put the softened butter and salt, carefully pour the water, knead a tight dough.

Roll out into a thick plait of a little finger, cut into equal pieces, roll into bagels. Drop into boiling salted water batches and cook until they float. They will emerge in about 5 minutes. If long floats, then to the bottom of the pan stuck, they love it! :) Them carefully with a spoon to unstick.
