Fish cutlets with spinach and carrots

Ingredients

  • Minced fish

    500 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Spinach

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Baton

    80 g

  • Oat flakes

    70 g

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Figure

    130 g

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Bags of rice boiled in salted water for 30 minutes.

The minced white fish (I had hake) add shredded carrots, loaf, onion, salt and spices to taste. All this I scroll through a meat grinder.

Add thawed and chopped spinach.

Add the egg, give everything a good stir.

Formed small croquettes, coat them in oat flakes.

Fry them until cooked in vegetable oil.

Meatballs are ready. Served with rice. Great dinner!
