Chicken breast with a cheese pocket
Fried chicken with cheese is a very common dish. Offer invented yesterday option. Do not be offended if you yourself so long been doing. I wasn't looking :)

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Flour

  • Salt

Slightly beat the egg.

To the egg add the shabby cheese, and stir.

In chicken breast and make a cut.

Placed in the resulting "pocket" with egg-cheese mass.

Carefully (to prevent any leaking of the filling) coat the breast in flour.

Put breast in a pan with hot vegetable oil and fry on high heat without a lid for about 5 minutes. Then cover with a lid and fry already on low heat for 20 minutes. Turn over and fry for another 15 minutes. If the cheese is quite salty, don't salt at all. I slightly added some salt just before turning.
