Puff pastry roses
Crisp, tasty puff pastry roses is a wonderful dessert for tea. Minimum products, maximum beauty!

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    500 g

  • Brown sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Take the finished puff pastry, roll out, sprinkle with brown sugar and lightly rolled it with a rolling pin.

Cut Cup (diameter 7 cm) circles, cut them in half.

Take the halves and turn their bag, sugar side in.

Lay 8 pieces of bags all around, pressed in the center, it will be the base of the rose.

Add 3-4 small packet from the top, squeeze at the base.

Bake in the oven at t=180 C until Golden brown.

Ready puff pastry roses are sprinkled with powdered sugar.
