And again on the topic of baking! I became interested in something lately. Not burdened labor costs prescription. Flavorful! Delicious! Flew in once, despite the fact that the window is already late in the evening...

Ingredients

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Chicken egg

Cooking

Milk to heat and dissolve yeast in it. Add 100 g of flour, stir and leave for 30 min.

Then enter the eggs, add the remaining flour, salt, 50 g sugar and lemon zest. Knead the dough and let it stand for a bit.
