Skewers of squid in Chinese style
Recipe for lovers of squid and Chinese cuisine. Very gently (do not overdry it!), flavorful, juicy and healthy!

Ingredients

  • Squid

    1 kg

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Olives

Take the squid, clean, we'll need a whole bird without "ears". Cropping usually cook and make salad. Cut the cleaned carcass strips (rings) with a width of 2 cm.

Prepare the marinade. Grate the ginger root, garlic, add the lemon juice, sugar, soy sauce and olive oil.
