Cooking
I used butter TM "Ekomilk". Melt it slightly in the microwave or on the stove
Sift the flour into a bowl, add sugar, salt, vanilla, eggs, pour in the cream
Pour melted butter Ecomilk and mix well the batter with a whisk
Add to the dough blueberries. Fresh can be frozen (no defrosting)
Mix well the dough (it may slightly thicken from frozen berries, it's not scary)
Preheat the waffle iron. Spread the dough with a spoon into the waffle iron and bake until Golden color
For the sauce "Blueberry milk" blueberries and 30 ml of water boil for 5 minutes
The remaining water, mix with starch and pour into sauce
Boil 1 minute until thick, stirring constantly
Cool the sauce completely, mix with condensed milk.
The more milk, the lighter the color of the sauce
Serve waffles, watering sauce
