Description
These meatballs can be served as a separate dish, or as a garnish. They are very tasty, useful, and not immediately guess what they're made of. Suitable for the Lenten table, and just for all, adhering to a healthy diet.

Cooking
The lentils soak for a few hours. Then drain the water. I took a speckled lentils TM Mistral.
Boil the rice until tender.
Blend the lentils with a blender.
To make the sauce: peel the carrot and grate on a grater, then sauté in sunflower oil.
Season with salt and pepper lenticular mass, add the rice, half the sautéed carrots and mix well.
Add in remaining carrots, tomato paste, water to get the consistency of sour cream.
Wet hands formed from the lenticular masses of the meatballs and put them in the gravy.
Simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes. Served to the table. Bon appetit!
