Vegetable roll
Here I decided for the summer I lose a few extra pounds)) Now I try to eat low-calorie food, but it must be equally delicious! Yesterday I made rolls with eggplant, peppers and garlic. This dish can take part in the contest "Fast from Moulinex".

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

  • Garlic

Eggplant and peppers should take about the same weight.
