Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    7 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Sage

  • Black olives

    75 g

  • Tomato

    7 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

Cooking

Chop with a knife very finely olives, garlic and sage.

The carrots and chop onions and saute with a little vegetable oil.

Zucchini and celery cut into pieces.

A piece of smoked pork chop.

Cut the potatoes into wedges.

The tomato osvobodit from the seeds and cut into cubes.

Now all stacked in the pot. Potatoes, on top of olive mixture, onions and carrots, sprinkle with pepper, put the meat, zucchini with celery and top with tomatoes. Pour a little hot water. Close lid and place in hot oven.

Cook for 30 minutes at 180°C. to Open the lid, sprinkle with cheese and back in oven until cheese is browned.
