Zrazy
Very tasty dish, serve as a decoration as a festive and everyday table.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Bread crumbs

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Spices

  • Water

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Pepper

  • Carrots

  • Green peas

    4 Tbsp

  • Parsley

  • Daikon

    1 piece

Cooking

Fillet cut into 2 or 4 pieces (depending on the size You want to make zrazy, I did a lot), cover with cling film and gently beat. Season with salt and pepper.

For stuffing: onions finely cut and fry in butter. Boiled egg chopped into small cubes. Add the breadcrumbs (and optional chopped parsley), salt and pepper.
