Bay leaf
Cooking
Beef wash, Pat dry with paper towel, season with salt and pepper, insert a Bay leaf into the cuts
Mix the chopped onion with the Bay leaf, put in a refractory form. On top of onions put a piece of beef and cover tightly with a lid.
Put the meat in a preheated 180 C oven for 2 hours. Optional onions in a blender for a delicious sauce.
