This recipe I came across in clippings from an old magazine. Slightly corrected it as it was in ideas, I made these delicious, flavorful dumplings! My family was very happy! Very good these donuts with milk! Feeding them in different variations – with honey, jam or sour cream. And can be filled with any cream or condensed milk...or just sprinkle with powdered sugar! Fried donuts on a dry pan without adding oil.

Cooking
Grind until smooth banana with sugar, salt and eggs. The banana gives the muffins an interesting subtle taste and unusual porous texture.
Butter to melt. In warm milk dissolve the yeast. I really like dry yeast for baking "SAF-MOMENT" in gold packaging, the company "SAF-NEVA". They are unusual pinkish color, with the aroma of natural vanilla. Baking them turns fluffy and Golden and extremely fragrant!
In banana mixture pour milk with yeast, melted butter, mix well. Pour the sifted flour and knead the dough. Cover the dish with the dough with a towel and put to rise for 1.5 hours in a warm place. Also, you can knead the dough in the bread machine, like I did.
When the dough is well rise, punch down and put it on the table, sprinkled with flour. If the dough sticks to hands, add more flour and beat well.
Divide the dough into 16 equal balls.
On a dry pan put the baking paper. Oil, grease is not necessary. If your dishes with a good coating, the paper is not required. Lay out the crumpets lightly press with the palm, cover with a lid and light the fire. Fry both sides on a slow fire, on a ring of medium size.
Donuts have to rise two times and become a rich Golden brown. The first batch of crumpets on the one hand (first), will be fried longer because the pan was cold. So watch out, lifting the edge of the dumplings. When the pan warms up, the donuts are fried, about 3 minutes on each side.

You can warm the tea or coffee and enjoy! Some stuff I sprinkled with powdered sugar.
My husband liked the dumplings with honey.
But the younger daughter was delighted with donuts, stuffed with boiled condensed milk!
And you can choose which donuts do you prefer – a flight of fantasy! For every taste!
