Ingredients

  • Sugar

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    3 g

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Ryazhenka

    100 ml

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Flour

    240 g

Pour fermented baked milk and boiling water. Add a pinch of salt and sugar, mix well. Add yeast.

Soft, ripe banana blend it in a blender and add to the yogurt. Mix everything with a wooden spoon.

Pour the flour and knead the dough. Leave in a warm place for 40 minutes until the dough increases in volume. Approached mix the dough with a spoon and bake pancakes on both sides in a well heated pan in a sufficient amount of vegetable oil.
