Carp
So we have called this fish, and to be easier - carp. In the oven with the fennel and nuts.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    3 kg

  • Sour cream

    1 can

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    75 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Fennel

    3 piece

  • Leeks

    2 piece

The fish is cleaned,

Make slanting cuts, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice

To give 25-30 minutes the fish is soaked. In a baking dish and place the fennel cut into 4-6 pieces, and coarsely chopped leeks, liberally drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Prepare sauce by mixing sour cream, mayonnaise and garlic. Fish oil sauce inside, beautifully put in the form

and brush sauce on top, sprinkle with nuts.

Bake in a preheated 190 gr oven for about 50-60 minutes depends on the size of your fish.

If the fish is not very big, and the cooking time is not very long, I recommend the fennel pre-boiled, like cauliflower.
