Milin with pumpkin
The dish of my childhood.

Ingredients

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Pumpkin

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Salt

Mix all of the ingredients Knead the dough. Divide into 4 pieces, make them balls. Each ball roll out thinly, thinly, to show through the table.

On each circle, sprinkle the butter ( you can use sunflower oil) Spread the pumpkin+ sprinkle with sugar.
