Hello, dear cooks! Its debut on the website I would like to start the Tatar national cuisine. This dish is from my childhood when the whole family gathered around a huge table. In translation from the Tatar language means "bird language", perhaps, for its tenderness and fragility) I think it's a treat for tea will appeal to both adults and children, although it should be noted immediately that the dish is not very sweet.
