Chicken breast braised with dried fruit
Very tender chicken with sweet and sour sauce from dried fruit. Who loves this combination, I was.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    0.17 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Allspice

    1 tsp

  • Melted butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Dried fruits

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Chicken breast and season with salt (if you have time, you can leave for 30 min to salty).

Fry in a pan in vegetable oil under the lid on both sides until light brown.

Carrots cut into the upper part of the half-rings, the lower rings.
