Potatoes with chili and soy sauce
These potatoes are very simple to cook, but chili pepper, ginger, and soy sauce gives it piquancy.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    0.5 kg

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Chili

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Starch

    2 tsp

  • Ketchup

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Green onions

Cooking

Potatoes peel and cut into slices.

Cook in boiling water until tender but do not overcook. The finished potatoes are thrown back on a colander.

Prepare the products for the sauce.

In a frying pan or wok heat the olive oil and fry the potatoes until crisp, place on paper towel to get rid of excess fat.

Grind garlic, ginger and chilli.

Fry in a wok for a few seconds.

Add potatoes, ketchup, starch mixed with 0.5 cups of cold water and also add to the pan. Add the soy sauce Kikkoman.

Cook for just 1-2 minutes. To taste add salt.

Served hot, sprinkled with green onions.
