Sweet couscous with figs, grapes and nuts
Couscous has a delicate taste and unusual texture. Add to couscous kusu raisins, almonds, figs, and honey and exotic dessert for Breakfast or dinner ready. The product itself is easy to prepare — just add hot water or juice, stir and let stand for 5 minutes. Tasty and healthy.

Ingredients

  • Couscous

    100 g

  • Figs

    5 piece

  • Grapes

  • Raisins

  • Orange

    200 g

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Nuts

    1 handful

Cooking

To cook the couscous.

Rinse and soak in cold water figs and raisins.

To remove the zest from the oranges and squeeze the juice from them.

Juice to heat (but not boil!). Add the honey and the zest from the orange. Honey can be replaced with any syrup.

Couscous pour in the juice mixture, zest and honey, cover and let stand for 10 minutes.

The nuts dry on a low heat, allow to cool, grind to medium crumbs in a mortar or blender.

The soaked figs cut into small pieces.

Couscous fluff with a fork. Add the nuts, figs, raisins, grapes. Mix well.
