Cooking
1. Prepare the dough. Dissolve yeast in warm water, add 1 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp of wheat flour. Cover the dough with a cloth and put in a warm place.
2. Make the dough. In the finished dough add the oil, sugar, salt and sifted flour.
3. Knead the dough until, until it will not lag behind hands. Cover the dough with foil and put in a warm place to rise 2 times.
4. Prepare the stuffing. My and peel and seed the apples. Finely cut into cubes, mix with 1 tbsp of starch and 1-2 tbsp sugar.
