Cooking
Beat the egg whites with a mixer at medium speed until the foam.
To increase the speed and gradually add sugar. Beat the egg whites until very thick mass at the end of the whisking add the cornstarch and wine (Apple cider) vinegar. Preheat the oven to 170*C
Baking tray lay a parchment paper
Spread it on protein mass, flatten and bake in the oven for 20 min.
To prepare the cream: mix cottage cheese (you can use regular cheese), sauce D arbo and condensed milk.
Apply the cream on the cake and protein
Decorate with melted chocolate and coconut. Bon appetit!
