Protein roll with sauce D arbo
Delicious, tender, melt in your mouth meatloaf with sauce D arbo will not leave anyone indifferent.

Ingredients

  • Sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Egg white

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Curd

    150 g

  • Corn starch

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Condensed milk

    0.25 can

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

  • Coconut shavings

Cooking

Beat the egg whites with a mixer at medium speed until the foam.

To increase the speed and gradually add sugar. Beat the egg whites until very thick mass at the end of the whisking add the cornstarch and wine (Apple cider) vinegar. Preheat the oven to 170*C

Spread it on protein mass, flatten and bake in the oven for 20 min.

To prepare the cream: mix cottage cheese (you can use regular cheese), sauce D arbo and condensed milk.
