Mouth-watering cheesecakes from the oven with cranberry sauce
First, the recipe caused me some mistrust, but the result was unexpected...

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Vanilla

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cherry

    50 g

  • Cranberry

    50 g

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

1. The cheese will mix with sugar, vanilla and eggs.

2. Add the butter, semolina, baking powder and sour cream. Mix thoroughly until smooth.

3. Muffin tins (silicone) sprinkle with water. Spread the cheese mass with a spoon, sprinkle the top with dried cherries. Put in a preheated 180-200 degree oven for 25-35 min.

4. Bake until cheesecakes - cook sauce. In a submersible blender to mix sugar and cranberries.
