Mashed squash with chickpeas
For me this recipe was a complete revelation. Mashed potatoes turns out very tasty, maybe as a garnish, and as a self-satisfying dish.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Chickpeas

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Chili

  • Salt

  • Sesame

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Cooking

The chickpeas soak in water, boil.

Pumpkin cut into pieces

Bake the pumpkin in the oven with the skin, then remove skin.

In the bowl of a blender grind all the ingredients until puree. Add a small piece of chili pepper without seeds. Season with salt to taste.

Generously season the finished puree spices: chilli jalapenos, sesame seeds, black sesame, all to your taste. These fantastic spices enrich the taste of the dish.

Fry on a dry pan bread, spread mashed potatoes and that's it, happiness is!
