Saganaki shrimp
Second starter today's fish of the table. One of my favorite Greek dishes, and, moreover, very useful. Can be served as a separate dish, and spaghetti - will be a very tasty pasta.

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    700 g

  • Feta

    200 g

  • Pepper

    3 piece

  • Tomato juice

    150 g

  • Vodka

    150 ml

  • Olive oil

    100 ml

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Spices

Cooking

Pour into the skillet the oil and add the garlic finely chopped, then add the shrimp and continue to overcook, stir until evaporated water, add spices.

Pour anisette and allow the liquid to evaporate.

Cut bell pepper squares and add to the same.

In a baking pan pour oil.

Lay the prawns with everything else, pour the tomato juice.

Add feta, diced.

And put to bake for about 15 minutes.
