Cooking
Peel and cut into small cubes ginger root, to grate
Soak it in cold water. Honestly, I don't know why this is done, it was done in the original recipe
Peel and chop the onion and garlic
Chicken fillet cut into small cubes and fry in sunflower oil until tender
Prepare the sauce. On the oil fry the onion, garlic and ginger, fry for about 10 min. Pour soy sauce, add sugar, bring to boil
To the sauce add the herbs
Stir and heat over literally a couple of minutes
