Rye bread
The recipe is simple, but I did not find this here. Very tasty and healthy yeast-free breads that you can cook and vegetable option.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Serum

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Bran

    4 Tbsp

  • Rye flour

    5 Tbsp

Cooking

Mix flour and bran.

Add sugar, salt, sour cream.

Slowly pour in the whey, stirring. It took me about a Cup, depending on the humidity of the flour and the fat content of the cream may take more or less. Focus on consistency: the dough should be like thick cream, or on pancakes. I have this photo doesn't really work, but you can understand.

Now add the baking powder (I replaced it with pinch of baking soda and citric acid). Bake the loaves in a preheated, slightly greased with vegetable oil the waffle iron for 5 minutes. I got one of these products 5 standard waffle "flowers". Since the waffle iron I have is not for thin wafers, bread was not crispy but still very tasty. What happens in the waffle iron for thin wafers, I am myself very interested :). I would be glad if someone will share their experiences.
