Description

Rye-wheat cake with apples
I hesitate to put such a simple and certainly not original pie, but if someone come in handy, I'd be happy. The dough is kneaded for 5-7 minutes, no mixers, and apples in this pie much more than the rest - but all together it turns out very tasty, soaked in Apple juice, with a crispy crust completely meatless Patty! And yet it is quite economical, especially if the apples have nowhere to put.

step-0
1. The longest stage is to prepare the apples. I have, they are not very large, and the skin I usually do not shoot, if not podvela. How many of them will be honest, I didn't weigh, but here's how enter.
step-1
2. The dough is quite simple, in a saucepan pour a glass (well, I had a Cup) rye flour.
step-2
Wheat flour.
step-3
Half a teaspoon of baking powder, a pinch of salt. I of sugar in the dough is not added at all, but then it soaked in the sweet juice from the apples..
step-4
In the middle, make holes and pour oil, about a third of a glass, and stir with a spoon, it sort of chips.
step-5
And then poured a little water, not exactly measured, maybe half a Cup, maybe more - to get a fairly stiff dough, like pizza. I was with him the easiest to compare. All this is done quickly, easily, with the minimum of utensils and space.
step-6
3. One half of the dough thinly rolled out (in my case, smear) on the baking sheet and make the sides, so the juice does not escape.
step-7
Pour apples as will fit.
step-8
Top Sahara.
step-9
Roll second half of dough and cover apples with it, trying to samitivate region. If there are holes on the top - no big deal )
step-10
4. Well, in the oven for around 200 degrees for 20 minutes - 25. Until such is crisp, even a bit of rye shortbread crust.
step-11
Top can be sprinkled with cinnamon or powdered sugar.
