Cake
In the summer you really want a light fruity cakes. Offer to bake a cupcake with a cherry. Very soft and airy, not cloyingly sweet with a pleasant cherry flavor. Cooking is not difficult and the result justifies the name - it really is a cherry heaven!

Ingredients

  • Cherry

    300 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    170 g

  • Vegetable oil

    50 g

  • Leavening agent

    5 g

All the number of cherries divide into portions 100g. and 200 gr.

Take 100 gr. cherries and grind in a blender.

Beat the eggs with the sugar until whitening.

Add the sifted flour with the baking powder, mashed cherries and butter. Mix well.

In the dough add the remaining 200 gr. whole cherries and stir with a spatula.

Grease the cake tin with butter, put the dough and bake in a preheated 170 With the oven for 50 minutes. Be guided by your oven, bake until dry matches. My oven baked the cake in exactly the specified time. The finished cake to cool, spread on a rack and decorate with any frosting. I had a packet of ready made icing from Dr. Oetker. Very good for cupcake chocolate icing.
