Two-layer cake with curd and BlackBerry
Chocolate coffee layer with cottage cheese filling goes well with BlackBerry. Delicious, quick pie.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Instant coffee

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Berry

Beat softened butter, sugar and 2 eggs. Add soda ( to repay vinegar).

Add cocoa powder and flour.

Mix well.

Coffee brewing in 3стол. liter of boiling water, mix well.

To prepare cheese layer - mix the cottage cheese with eggs and sugar.
