Stuffed peppers under the
Let the "kitchen-Boy" I have a lot of peppers, stuffed, and decided to add a recipe. As I like, without any problems, and the result is a very tasty dish!

Ingredients

  • Sweet pepper

    10 piece

  • Minced meat

  • Pearl barley

    0.5 cup

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Broth

    500 ml

  • Sour cream

    200 ml

  • Spices

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Cooking

To prepare the peppers for stuffing. Barley to boil and cool slightly

In forcemeat add the grated onion, garlic, barley, salt and pepper to taste. If you have the greens, chop and mix with minced meat.

Thinly sliced tomatoes (I just bastard from the grater and use it wherever possible). Pour 1/2 liter of broth (from cubes or powder), cover the top with foil and send IN the OVEN at 200*C for 45 minutes. You can do yet other things.

After 45-50 minutes, remove foil, spread on the sour cream and pepper for 10-15 min, put it in the oven (without foil).
